Using Athave AI
Athave AI provides automated AI-assisted image generation and editing. Users must provide a valid mobile number for OTP login, supply accurate profile information, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for actions taken through your authenticated account.
Uploaded content and ownership
You must own your uploaded images or have permission to process them. Do not upload material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, or violates applicable law. You retain any rights you hold in your source content; you grant Athave AI a limited right to process and store it to deliver the requested service.
AI accuracy and review
Outputs are AI-generated and may differ from actual goods. Front/back representations can contain inferred details when the photographed side is not visible. Color, material, seams, printed words, logos and measurements may be inaccurate. Review all images before using them for advertising, sales, print or customer orders.
Prices, credits and payments
Available prepaid packs include ₹499 Starter, ₹299 Top-up and custom top-ups within the amounts shown at checkout. Image limits are credited only after verified successful Razorpay payment capture. Each completed output uses an image limit, including separate front/back views. Paid packs currently do not renew automatically and are not recurring subscriptions. The applicable price, any taxes and purchased limit should be confirmed before payment.
Payment verification and disputes
Payment confirmation is performed using server-side Razorpay verification. Payment being debited does not by itself mean the transaction has been credited: pending payments may require gateway confirmation. We may investigate duplicate, disputed or suspicious transactions. If a payment is debited but credits are missing, contact support with the date, amount and Razorpay reference. Never share OTP or full card details.
Service availability and limits
Generation depends on third-party AI, SMS, payment and cloud services. We may apply fair-use, rate and abuse restrictions, temporarily pause generation or refuse harmful/illegal requests. Failed generations ordinarily return reserved image credit when the server records the failure, but AI/API fees may still have been incurred upstream.
Account restrictions
We may suspend accounts for fraud, payment abuse, attempts to bypass limits, unlawful submissions or security threats. Do not resell unauthorized access or automate excessive requests to the service.
Governing rules and changes
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. We may update them, with the latest version posted here. Consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
